    This role is crucial to cross-functional partnerships to multiple teams Merchandising, Planning, UX/UI, Marketing, and Creative working together to develop and implement strategies that increase omni-channel sales and conversion.

    This role reports to the Director, Merchandise Operations and is based in our Buckhead office in our hybrid work environment.

    70%: Marketing Campaign Support


    • Collaborate with Marketing, Planning, and Merchandising teams to develop strong promotional messages that will entice customers to purchase. Assist in preparing Go-To-Market and Campaign planning meeting materials to drive decisions.
    • Create tools and documents to convey promotional strategies and gain buy-in from cross-functional partners, uniquely tailoring the presentations and delivery based on audience and meeting format.
    • Assist with hindsight processes and recapping business results for campaign effectiveness to determine go-forward actions.
    • Assist with marketing campaigns including developing and communicating linking strategies across homepage, email, and social channels, attributing products, and merchandising destinations to bring campaign visions to life in a way that optimizes sales and conversion.
    • Analyze our customers' paths to purchase using analytical tools, and recommend and implement changes to strengthen the experience and results.
    30%: Site Optimization


    • Implement initiatives that bring the product vision to life in a way that optimizes sales and conversion.
    • Review site / app daily with a customer-first mindset and proactively make site updates and optimizations.
    • Perform regular competitive analysis and provide strategic recommendations for optimizing our site experience.

    Must have:

    • Bachelor's degree
    • Minimum cumulative GPA of GPA or higher strongly preferred)
    • Required to have graduated within 6 months of class start date
    • Must be able to start in the role full time by June 2024
    • Innovative, self-motivated, and customer-centric mindset
    • Highly organized and detail oriented
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to thrive and be agile in a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment, including learning new systems and processes quickly
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

    Preferred skills and experience:

    • Previous internship or related experience in Retail/Marketing preferred
