    Description
    Job Description:

    This role involves assessing and treating injuries, diseases, and disabilities utilizing physical therapy methods. The Physical Therapist also educates and trains patients and their caregivers.

    To demonstrate our dedication and support your integration into our team, we are excited to provide experienced Physical Therapists with up to $10,000 in sign-on bonuses, if eligible. New graduates are encouraged to apply.

    Scope:
    • Conducts initial and ongoing assessments of patient's condition.
    • Develops treatment plans encompassing exercise routines to enhance flexibility, strength, and endurance.
    • Provides information on adaptive equipment and support programs.
    • Evaluates patients' ability to reintegrate into the community or workplace post-injury.
    • Promotes the mission and values of SCL Health.
    • Performs additional assigned duties.
    Minimum Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
    • State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
    • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
    • One year of relevant experience.
    • Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred.
    • Advanced Care Life Support (ACLS) preferred.

    The hourly range for this role is $58.35, with the actual rate dependent on experience.
