    The Global Strategy & Capabilities (GS&C) group sits within Global Merchant & Network Services (GMNS).     An exciting opportunity has arisen to join this team as Executive Assistant and provide high-level administrative support to a Senior Vice President (B70) and a global team of almost 500 individuals. Additionally, this role will provide the opportunity to partner and lead the GS&C EAs to ensure the broader team is clear on priorities, processes, and deadlines.

    Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage high volume of calendar appointments in multiple time zones across continents, always accommodating to last minute changes and urgent business needs
  • Set the strategy for how the SVP spends her time and proactively manage calendar based on this strategy, top priorities, and when the SVP will be in office
  • Actively flag and problem solve constraints such as determining delegates when attendees are unable to attend and ensuring read-ahead materials and talking points are provided to SVP at least 24 hours in advance
  • Manage the team calendar and ensure it is regularly updated -proactively shifting and updating
  • Arrange SVP travel by booking flights/hotels/transfers, planning events, developing agenda, and troubleshooting if issues arise
  • Prepare and submit SVP's expense reports on a timely basis
  • Coordinate and perform monthly activities to including consolidating distribution lists, tracking team expenses, sending communications on behalf of SVP, and compiling information i.e. mid & year end feedback
  • Support in tracking approvals and trainings completions coming out of office including sending team reminders and validating action items were completed on time
  • Ensure SVP has the resources and equipment needed to do her job well including conference room booking, printing of meeting materials, periodic assistance in getting food
  • Be versed in dealing and interacting with senior executives and act as main point of contact for GS&C senior executives while in town ensuring their passes are activated, office/meeting space is booked and all their needs are met.
  • Partner / liaise with Director Assistant as needed to help manage / prioritize calendar
  • Perform other related projects and duties as requested. Minimum Qualifications:
  • Experience in an executive assistant capacity to senior leadership in a fast-paced environment
  • Skilled in upper-level administrative support functions including extremely strong follow-up skills
  • Able to anticipate well, ask the right questions before problems arise, and escalate matters accordingly
  • Capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently and meet tight deadlines
  • Must be a self-starter with excellent prioritization skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly proficient technical skills (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point)
  • Collaborative, positive attitude, solution-oriented demeanor, and reliable
  • Able to handle highly confidential information
  • Highest degree of integrity, professionalism, diplomacy, and discretion required
  • Highly developed organizational and time management skills with careful attention to detail
  • Must demonstrate good judgment and decision-making capabilities Salary Range: $24.05 to $48.10 hourly + bonus + benefits The above represents the expected hourly pay range for this job requisition.
