    Job Description:

    • Strategic Leadership: Lead a team in managing diverse tax dispute cases from audits to litigation.
    • Legal Expertise: Analyze tax laws and develop innovative legal strategies.
    • Client Representation: Advocate for clients before tax authorities and courts.
    • Collaboration: Work with internal teams to provide comprehensive tax solutions.
    • Risk Assessment: Evaluate risks and advise on dispute resolution strategies.
    • Client Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients.
    • Precedent Monitoring: Stay updated on tax laws and adapt strategies accordingly.
    • Business Development: Contribute to business growth through networking and relationship building.

    Key Requirements:

    • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
    • Active license to practice law in NJ.
    • 7+ years of experience in tax dispute resolution.
    • Strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws and procedures.
    • Exceptional analytical, research, and writing skills.
    • Excellent negotiation and advocacy abilities.
    • Leadership and organizational skills.
    • Proven track record in successful case outcomes and client satisfaction.
