    Based in Miami, FL, our client is a leading technology solutions provider committed to delivering innovative IT solutions to our clients.

    We are currently seeking skilled and experienced Field Engineers to join our team.

    Field Engineer

    Job Description:


    We are in search of a qualified Field Engineer to provide technical support and assistance to our clients in the Miami area.

    The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of three years of IT support experience, with proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, Active Directory, and Azure.

    This role involves providing both telephone support and onsite assistance to ensure prompt and effective resolution of technical issues.

    Responsibilities:
    Provide technical support via phone, email, and onsite visits.
    Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
    Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and networks.
    Collaborate with clients to understand their IT needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
    Perform system upgrades, migrations, and documentation of support activities.
    Assist in building AWS environments, improving website performance, and managing access control.
    Develop and implement security policies, aid in Active Directory data collection, and automate Azure VM cost reports.
    Manage network infrastructure and lead migration to Microsoft365, among other duties.

    Requirements:
    Minimum of three years of IT support experience.
    Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
    Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, Active Directory, and Azure.
    Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
    Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
    Flexibility to work onsite at client locations in Miami.
    Availability for 9 am to 5 pm shifts, Monday to Friday, with occasional after-hours support.

    Benefits:

    $65,000 - $130,000 per annum)
