Minimum Education:

• High School Diploma.

Work Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar technical support role.
• Experience with troubleshooting computer systems, networks, and peripheral devices.

Job Duties:

• Provide technical assistance to computer system users through various channels including in-person support, telephone, or remote assistance.
• ddress and resolve computer-related issues promptly and efficiently.
• ssist users with hardware and software problems, including but not limited to printing, software installation, word processing, email setup, and operating system troubleshooting.
• Perform tasks such as entering commands at computer terminals and configuring peripheral devices.
• Monitor system operations and respond to error messages, ensuring smooth functioning of computer systems.
• nalyze data and possess strong data entry skills for accurate information processing.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of PC function, troubleshooting and associated software.
• Proficiency in a variety of software applications beyond basic Office Suite packages.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Misc. Information:

• Shift Days/Times: Monday-Friday, 8:30am - 5:00 pm.
• Parking: OGS provides paid parking in Albany. Street parking and private garage parking available in New York City.
• Public transportation: CDTA provides bus service in Albany, MTA NYCT provides bus and subway service in New York City.
• Interviews will be conducted on-site.
• Training will be provided.
