Salary: $50K-$55K (Additional incentives offered based on qualifications and experience)

Job Description
As a Day Care Center Director, you will oversee the daily operations and administration of a childcare facility, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for children. You will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining compliance with regulations, and fostering positive relationships with parents and the community.


Responsibilities: The Director is responsible for the daily operation and management of the center. Duties include but are not limited to overall planning and supervision of the program, ensuring daily compliance with all DHS regulations, CACFP guidelines/menu planning, curriculum design, budget management, as well as staff leadership and supervision. The Director is required to complete annual DHS & Keystone STARS trainings and comply with STAR 4 requirements.


Qualifications: Minimum Associates degree in ECE/Education with 2 years child care Director experience OR Bachelors Degree including 30 credit hours in ECE/Education with 2 years child care Director experience First aid/CPR certification
