    AVP, Employee Relations COE

    What you'll do:

    As the AVP, Employee Relations COE you'll be responsible for leading the company-wide employee relations practice including policy development, performance improvement and disciplinary matters, investigations, managing compliance and regulatory requirements, providing education and development of our people services community, and developing positive employee relations programs that build culture, support diversity, and promote an exceptional employee experience.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Spearheading our employee relations strategy across the organization.
    • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to maintain compliance.
    • Leading investigations into workplace issues and managing formal complaints.
    • Collaborating with legal and compliance teams to uphold a safe work environment.
    • Designing and executing programs for seamless employee transitions.
    • Maintaining meticulous documentation and record-keeping standards.
    • Overseeing vendor relationships for employment-related services.
    • Monitoring industry trends and proposing process improvements.
    • Directing cross-functional initiatives to enhance our workplace culture.

    What you'll need:

    EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field required; Master's degree preferred.

    EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in employee relations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Large healthcare systems, including multi-site and multi-state experience preferred.
