- Support the team to plan and track projects and drive them to completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional groups to ensure the definition and implementation of the agreed process and work models.

- B.S./M.S. in Electrical Engineering, a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of industry experience, including EDA, hardware engineering, or technical product/program management experience, PMP certification preferred.
- Proficiency in project management tools, such as MS Project, Jira, or Asana.
- Experience organizing and communicating information.
- Analytical and problem-solving experience with customer issues, engineering problems, and large-scale systems.
- Strong verbal/written communication, leadership, and in-person collaborative skills.
- A collaborative team player, supportive and comfortable in a matrixed, international, team-oriented environment with multiple stakeholders.
- An experienced change leader eager to lead a new wave of transformation at Synopsys.

Compensation and Benefits:
The base salary range across the U.S. for this role is between $108,000-$162,000. In addition, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus, equity, and other discretionary bonuses. Synopsys offers comprehensive health, wellness, and financial benefits as part of a competitive total rewards package. The actual compensation offered will be based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, experience, and education.
