- Track, collect, analyze, and report on cost accounting data
- Prepare standard cost reports, monitor inventory levels, and conduct cost comparisons between standard vs actual costs
- Perform product costing analysis and track variances
- Make accurate journal entries to reflect cost-related transactions
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in financial management experience
- Proven leadership and managerial experience
- Experience with policies and procedures implementation
- Experience with system conversion
