- PM Field Service Technician will work on most press models.
- Press evaluations: work to ensure customer press(s) are operating at their optimum level. Make necessary measurements to ensure press is stepped correctly. Recommend and replace parts as needed, make necessary adjustments such as calibrations, lubricate entire press.
- Provide customer with recommended parts lists, maintenance procedures and tips.
- Part installation: install all parts ordered.
- Print test press to ensure it is running to the customer's satisfaction.
- Complete all paperwork including recommended parts list, Field Service Work Orders, PM check lists, expense reports etc. on a timely basis.
- Sell additional PM contracts.
- Must possess very good customer relations skills and represent Mark Andy in a positive manner.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Must reside within 50 miles of a major international airport
- Basic electronics and mechanical skills
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read basic electrical/mechanical schematics and pneumatic diagrams
- Capable of using multi-meter and micrometers
- High school degree or equivalent
- 2 years of customer service, electrical and mechanical experience

- Moderate to frequent exposure to shop environment; may be exposed to dust, odors, oils, fumes, chemicals, noise and moving parts. Work typically requires the usage of PPE and can require work on the facility's production floor or customer's production environment.

We are looking for a Preventative Maintenance Technician to join our team As the PM Technician, you will provide preventative maintenance service on a contract basis, and work to generate part sales through PM audits. You will also promote customer satisfaction and loyalty through quality service and press performance.
Position Summary
