    We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team at located in Little Rock, AR with a passion for collaboration and helping patients achieve their goals. Must have a love for the aesthetic industry, a willingness to learn and train, and an eagerness to build and grow with us

    Responsibilities:
  • Retain patients through consistent and detailed follow-up protocols.
  • Provide skin care consultations, recommend retail products, and cross-promote cosmetic services.
  • Meticulous charting and documentation of patient files
  • Provide instructions and guidance regarding aesthetic matters to patients.
  • Foster a collaborative approach to patient care by assessing individual needs and recommending appropriate treatment pathways i.e., referring patients to physicians for energy-based devices and aestheticians for maintenance procedures as appropriate.
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, policies, and regulations; protect patients and employees by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols.
  • Comply with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating future legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; talking with colleagues to keep abreast of developments in the industry.
  • Demonstrate brand loyalty and promotion of the company as an individual and as a team member.
  • Accompany physician in clinic and operating room.
  • Schedule patients for office procedures and surgeries.
  • Assist with office procedures and in operating room.
  • Schedule patient's post-ops and remove drains, surgical sutures, and dressing change.
  • See patients for pre-op and post-op appointments. Administer IV infusion. Order required prescriptions for post operation recovery.
  • Communicate with surgical center about changes to the operating room schedule.
  • Handle any requests from patients, providers, and pharmacy.
  • Maintain the exam rooms and procedure rooms stocked and instruments prepped.
  • Complete any additional documentation required by other providers, referrals, and FMLA paperwork.
  • Assist other employees in clinic with any questions or tasks when needed (example: filling charts, answering phone calls, laundry, etc..).
  • Any other duties as assigned.
  • Qualifications:
  • 2+ years' experience as an aesthetic nurse preferred. Operating room experience preferred but not required.
  • Registered Nurse / Nurse Practitioner licensure preferred
  • Experience in a clinical or bedside hospital setting required
  • Professional, warm, confident, and compassionate bedside manner
