    Job Description:

    Senior Information Technology Project Manager will lead the successful delivery of complex, cross-functional projects that drive the growth and evolution of our suite of collaboration and productivity tools. Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and adherence to organizational agile practices and processes. As a strategic partner to product, engineering, and business stakeholders, PM will play a critical role in facilitating effective communication, managing risks and dependencies, and driving continuous improvement. This role works closely with project stakeholders to identify skill gaps, knowledge areas and implement effective solutions. Specialist will possess key knowledge of Atlassian products including, but not limited to JIRA Service Manager, Confluence, Zephyr, and all related products.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Responsible for managing end-to-end lifecycle-based projects, including requirements documentation, management, and progress of internal implementation team; coordinate resourcing needs with peer level Senior Atlassian consultants and C-Level operations and support staff.
    • Lead engagement scope in terms of budget and resource constraints; identify and manage risks, escalate blocking issues, create, and secure sign-off on change orders as needed.
    • Manage day-to-day client communications, including creation of weekly status report and facilitation of weekly status call.
    • Create iteration based prioritized backlogs of work required to fulfill customer strategic objectives via initiation, planning, and execution of projects, ensuring alignment with organizational agile methodologies and best practices.
    • Foster clear and transparent communication across all project stakeholders, including regular status updates, issue resolution, and escalation of blockers while continuously seeking opportunities to improve project management processes, tools, and methodologies.
    • Lead and facilitate project meetings, stand-ups, retrospectives, and other collaborative sessions to drive team alignment and productivity.
    Salary Range: $142,000-$147,000

    Required Skills:
    • Clearance: Public Trust
    • PMP certification required.
    • At least 10 years of IT Project Management experience.
    • Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, with a strong understanding of Agile practices (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively navigate complex organizational dynamics.
    • Possess exceptional MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Visio, and MS Project skills.
    • Experience with Java, JavaScript, Groovy script, SQL, JQuery, HTML/XHTML/CSS, REST APIs
    • Experience with other similar tools like ServiceNow and Tableau
    • Proven track record of leading teams and managing project resources, including budgets and timelines.
    Desired Skills:
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines.
    • Experience working with Agile methodologies.
    • Experience producing technical documentation to communicate standard operating procedures and detailed analysis.
    • Experience working with cross functional teams and demonstrating strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities with federal clients.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to provide quick solutions to issues.
    CERTIFICATIONS
    • Certified CompTIA, Microsoft, or related industry certification preferred.
    • ITIL Certification is highly desirable for understanding the full lifecycle and process relationships and dependencies.
