    Job Description Job Description SUMMARYAre you an experienced Electrical Engineer with a passion for innovation and a knack for designing cutting-edge DC control systems? We're seeking a talented Hardware Electrical Design Engineer for a global manufacturing leader.

    This Engineer will take on the exciting role of creating and redesigning Schematics and Printed Circuit Board designs for state-of-the-art systems and test fixtures.

    RESPONSIBILITIESAbility to utilize expertise to develop and/or enhance existing designs for DC control systems and test fixtures, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.

    Compile comprehensive BOMs for your designs, meticulously detailing all necessary components and materials.
    Design filter inductors and main power transformers, leveraging your knowledge in magnetics to optimize performance and efficiency.

    Conduct rigorous testing on new designs to ensure they meet all internal and third-party environmental, regulation, and safety standards, guaranteeing utmost quality and compliance.

    Work closely with manufacturing personnel to analyze and resolve production issues or documentation discrepancies, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to standards.

    Engage in discussions with the engineering team to collaborate on system designs, contributing your expertise to drive innovation and excellence.

    Attend weekly engineering meetings and bi-weekly staff meetings to stay informed, contribute ideas, and foster teamwork across the entire company.

    REQUIREMENTSBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited engineering college7+ years of experience working as an electrical engineer in a similar fieldExperience in Power Electronics, Analog, Digital, and Embedded Microcontroller Application designs, along magnetics design (transformers and chokes) and SCR Control and Driver Circuit design.

    Experience in supporting a manufacturing environment, understanding the intricacies of production processes and the importance of seamless integration between design and manufacturing.
