    As a Client Advisor with RetireMed, you will be responsible for providing lifelong support and engage with our clients via telephone, email, online chats, and written correspondence regarding their Medicare insurance benefits.

    You will be required to obtain an Ohio Insurance License. We provide company paid training

    New employee pre-licensing class begins June 17th, 2024.

    Qualification for the role include:

    • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a professional setting.
    • Ability to work 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday EST January through September and extended shifts October through December during the Medicare Annual Enrollment Period.
    • Health insurance license (will be required after hire, onsite training provided).
    • Demonstrates performance and productivity goals.
    • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
    • A college degree is preferred.
    • Ability to be a customer advocate with an empathy and passion for helping people.
    • A desire to go above and beyond to resolve clients' questions at the first point of contact.
    • A composed individual able to multi-task, navigating multiple computer applications and working efficiently while communicating with our client.
    • Flexible and quick learner, willing to adapt to changing customer and business needs.
    • Must have a sense of responsibility to your teammates and our clients, demonstrated by the simplest things such as being on time and available to meet our client's needs, to being accountable for commitments made to our clients or others and ensuring follow-ups are completed.
