- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a professional setting.
- Ability to work 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday EST January through September and extended shifts October through December during the Medicare Annual Enrollment Period.
- Health insurance license (will be required after hire, onsite training provided).
- Demonstrates performance and productivity goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- A college degree is preferred.
- Ability to be a customer advocate with an empathy and passion for helping people.
- A desire to go above and beyond to resolve clients' questions at the first point of contact.
- A composed individual able to multi-task, navigating multiple computer applications and working efficiently while communicating with our client.
- Flexible and quick learner, willing to adapt to changing customer and business needs.
