- Assists in planning and coordinating monthly trainings for all clinic staff.
- Assists staff in planning for client activities and needs as well as staff development needs within the budgeted allocations
- Monitors productivity requirements for clinic budgets, no shows and cancelations
- Assists in ensuring clinic meets established productivity standards and works with clinicians to determine what prevents the clinician from making productivity, and the development and monitoring of a plan
- Reviews and signs off on treatment plans, treatment plan reviews and case conferences presented at treatment team meetings.
- Provides direct care services to clients of the clinic.
- Master's degree in human service required, Licensure required or eligible: LMSW, LCSW, LMHC. LCAT, LMFT
- One year supervisory experience and two to three years' experience in mental health and/or substance use disorders treatment
- Licensure or Licensure eligible
- Strong clinical background and experience relating DSM-5 diagnosis, various EBPs and other clinical topics.
- Outpatient Clinic and Integrated treatment experience
- Background and experience in working with diverse populations.

- Good computer skills in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and Outlook; working knowledge of other relevant computer software.

JOB SUMMARY:
Under the direction of the Program Manger Outpatient Clinic, the Clinical Supervisor Outpatient Clinic is responsible for supervision of delivery of services to youth and families in the Outpatient Clinic programs. This position carries out all responsibilities with fidelity and accountability to the Agency's Mission, Vision, Sanctuary Commitments, and Strategic Plan. The Clinical Supervisor provides supervision to therapists located at various offsite locations as well as carries a caseload. The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for coordination and collaboration with these sites to maintain delivery of high quality treatment services as well as productivity standards.
