Crestwood Production DirectorAre you a driven and innovative individual with a calling to Production Arts? Do you have a passion for technical details and aspects of production? Do you enjoy being creative and pouring into others to help teach new skills? If you want to join us in unleashing the full force of the church to love people one at a time; then perhaps you are the person God is calling to join Southeast Christian Church in the Production Director role at our Crestwood Campus.
The campus Production Director (PD) will, first and foremost, advance the kingdom of God through the mission of their local campus.
The PD will be responsible for directing all technical aspects of the campus pertaining to audio, video, lighting, and stage design, as well as the leadership and development of volunteer teams.

Equip and train other staff, or volunteers, in the operation of all spaces outside of the worship center on campus.
Oversee and maintain all production equipment on campus.Create and implement long-term equipment upgrade plans as well as preventative maintenance.
Manage budgeting, spending and capital expenditures of the CW campus.
Support Production Arts at other campuses as needed.
You should already own these:
Have a strong passion for the GospelBe a resilient, proven leader with effective communication skills.
Humility and ability to take charge and lead a team as well as be an invaluable team member to your campus team.
Have a heart to disciple and grow othersHave a very strong working knowledge of audio, video, lighting and staging.Organized and able to manage multiple projects and events at once, and not lose focus.
Good working knowledge of computer systems and various office and production software.
Required Education, Experience, and MembershipCollege Degree or equivalent experienceExperience in leadership roles in either a medium or large church environment.
