Work closely with business and IT manager to understand the requirement on daily basis

• Build develop and maintain product master data management to move data from various internal and external sources.

Support Operations:
triage alerts channeled to you and remediate as necessary

Technical Documentation:
leverage templates provided and create clear, simple, and comprehensive documentation for your development

• Key contributor to defining, implementing, and supporting.
• Analyze and resolve complex problems associated with applications systems
• Detect, diagnose and report related problems
• Creating metrics and aggregations in the data collections to define new qualitative and quantitative questions as needed by the audience and performance teams
• Building dashboards and models to predict the growth trajectory of segments
• Collaborate on best practices, code reviews, internal tools and process improvement
