Ebenezer provides a competitive compensation package including benefits and hourly wages starting at $26.00. Wage determinations will be based on relevant experience.
We are seeking a Resident Assistant to deliver personal care services aimed at enhancing the physical and emotional well-being of senior residents at our dynamic assisted living community in St. Cloud, MN. Training will be provided for medication administration, and CNA/NAR certification is not required unless under 18 years old.

Responsibilities include assisting residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding, toileting, and transfers. The role also involves providing health-related services under nurse supervision, like medication administration and vital sign monitoring.
Additional tasks may include:
laundry, housekeeping, meal assistance, and activity support.
Observing resident conditions and communicating updates to the appropriate personnel, as well as aiding in the orientation of new staff, are also part of the role requirements.
Required Skills:
Effective communication abilities with empathy and teamwork skills
Interest in working with an older and diverse population
CNA certification required for applicants under 18 years old
Preferred Education/Experience/Skills:
High School diploma or GED, or completion of a formal NA or HHA course
