- Greet each member and guest(s) personally with a warm welcome.
- Assist members/guests with access and sign in at entrance gate.
- Fold, stock, and supply fresh towels for all members and their guests.
- Maintain a clean, well-organized, and safe pool environment for all members and guests.
- Provide debris and trash removal, organize pool tables and chairs.
- Proactively anticipate and respond promptly to any member or guest request.
- Maintain proper uniform, clean and polished appearance always with a positive attitude.
- Assist in cleanliness of locker room area, restock products as needed.
- Follow proper side work duties at start and end of shift.
- Assist in laundering pool towels as needed.
- Assist in other duties as needed daily.
- Previous experience in customer service preferred.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays.
- Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to bend, squat, stand on your feet for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Must be able to work in various degrees of temperature and weather.
- $11 - $13 per hour
- High school diploma or currently attending.

This seasonal position does require working weekends and holidays from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
