Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible OH license highly preferred Availability for clinic coverage and/or call only Case logs from the last 2 years Schedule: Dates of coverage needed: Starting December 1, 2023 (specific dates to be provided)

Weekend Call Weekdays Procedures:
Only emergent cases Patients: Average number of patients per day: clinic)

Nurse and MA Reason for locum coverage: A physician has resigned, and additional coverage is needed

Sole Provider:

No Equipment available: U/S, colposcopy in the clinic, and Robot in the OR Years of experience preferred: At least 1-3 Board Certification is preferred.

If Board Eligible, they must obtain certification within 3 years. Ohio license is preferred, but exceptions may be considered depending on the timeframe for obtaining a license.
