- Be detail oriented to ensure that the blood collected meets regulatory requirements and can be safely transfused
- Remain flexible to work a variable schedule that includes early start times, late end times, weekend and holidays to meet the needs of sponsors and donors
- Contribute to a friendly and fun environment; team up with co-workers to keep donors coming back repeatedly
- Be a model of professionalism and compassion with serving as an ambassador to this organization
- Masters of Science or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Successful completion of National Certification Examination
- 1 year of verifiable, supervised professional experience within the last 3 years
- Valid PT license in state of practice
