In this role, you will be responsible for managing projects from initiation of design concept to occupancy.

Primary responsibilities will include design, production and facilitating collaboration among all members of the project team to achieve excellence in design, technical achievement, and business management.

JOB SUMMARYDuties/ Responsibilities:

Working on multi-discipline architectural project teamsCollaborating to bring a project from concept to constructionConsultant coordinationPrepare and modify architectural documents, elevations, sections, and details.

Development of solutions for technical and design problems, preparing presentation drawings, and building client modelsManagement of production team, project budgets and schedulesParticipation in team reviewsMentor aspiring professionals on the design teamManaging and exceeding client's expectationsJob Qualifications:
Architect registration is preferred, but not requiredMinimum of four years of experience managing architectural projectsWork well in a team environmentExcellent design and communication skillsProven track record of leadership through management of projects, clients and support staffStrong problem solving and technical skillsDetail orientatedAbility to balance multiple projectsProficiency with Revit and Sketch-up
