- Maintain the agency philosophy of treating people with respect.
- Demonstrate professionalism and uphold confidentiality standards.
- Organize and oversee program activities under the supervision of the Director of Operations.
- Participate in resident review meetings to discuss needs and progress.
- Lead group resident meetings and ensure smooth program functioning.
- Supervise direct care staff and maintain proper documentation.
- Recruit, train, and evaluate staff to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
- Facilitate completion of tasks to comply with guidelines.
- Document all services provided and maintain organization in resident charts.
- Guide and role model life skills, including parenting and conflict resolution.
- Report incidents as necessary and stay updated on First Aid and CPR training.
- Participate in continuing education and Quality Improvement processes.
