Job DescriptionThe Senior Manager of Financial Reporting will play a key role in both external and internal management reporting and will oversee and support the monthly and quarterly close process.
This role will be leading the financial reporting team, including the consolidation of financial information, and the preparation, review, and issuance of the companys financial documents.
What Youll Do:
Prepare and review financial statements and related documents, ensuring completeness and accuracy according to US GAAP requirements and adherence to internal controls
Manage and review the monthly consolidation process, including consolidation review and intercompany elimination entries as well as other close support activity, including pension accounting and census reporting
Strategize for the optimization of consolidation and reporting procedures, including reducing the time to close and report results and finding efficiencies and improvements in the reporting process
Perform technical accounting and disclosure research, supervise U.S. GAAP developments, assist with adoption of new accounting disclosure rules, and benchmark CLIENT against other peer companies
Serve as a key liaison to internal and external auditors during the quarterly review and annual audit processes
Perform other duties as requested.

Skills and Requirements
Bachelors degree in accounting
8+ years accounting experience (Big 4 public accounting firm or second tier a plus)
CPA
Broad knowledge of accounting principles and practices (GAAP), external/SEC reporting and internal controls commensurate with an SEC registrant and related knowledge
Ability to evaluate technical accounting concepts
Ability to influence people and processes without direct responsibility
Ability to prioritize, plan, coordinate and meet due dates
Experience working with OneStream and Wdesk preferred null
