    S ummary

    The Senior Project Controls Analyst - Has proven experience in data compilation, detail checking, and quality assurance of all project control activities (cost estimating, cost control, scheduling, and risk management).

    Responsibilities
    Reviews/backchecks Project Controls Analyst work related to estimates, schedules, change orders, claims, time extension requests, and disputes.

    Creates innovative solutions in assisting managers with data needed to make quick decisions in determining the health of a project.

    Educates and develops entry - level staff on the entire lifecycle of a quality product related to project controls (estimate/schedule).

    Identifies critical issues in financial reporting and creates pathways to pivot projects to stay on time and on budget.
    Support the development of project delivery schedule and cost plan.
    Assist in thoroughly reviewing planning project definition with agency stakeholders and gain approval.
    Education and Experience
    Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction or Project Management, Business Administration, Transportation, or a related field.
    Must have a minimum of five (5) years of related experience.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Proficient computer skills (i.e., Windows environment, Microsoft Office, PeopleSoft, Oracle, etc.) and strong business administrative skills (i.e. , presentations, report and letter writing, time management, etc.).
