- 5+ years of experience as a researcher, analyst, and/or strategist at management consulting firms, think tanks, or investment analysis firms
- Experience and/or familiarity with facilitating human-centered creative problem-solving (either at an agency or in-house team)
- Client services and account management experience across multiple clients
- You will design and implement several methodologies for executing efficient and accurate validation projects
- You will build and manage a team of researchers and analysts
- You are adept at crafting the best research approach and tactics for each validation project.
- Diverse research methods, including desk research and customer interviews
- You are a sophisticated communicator who can ingest information, synthesize and then package it so it's easily understandable
- You are a people person with empathy and high EQ
- You can tell a business story using decks and charts.
- You're fluent in modern productivity software
