Psychiatric - Mental Health Physician

We are seeking a Board-Certified Psychiatric Hospitalist to join our hospital-employed team at Tenet Healthcare, providing high-quality inpatient psychiatric care in a collaborative and supportive environment.

About the Role:

• This is 100% inpatient psychiatry with no outpatient responsibilities.
• The schedule is Monday-Friday from 9:00am-5:00pm.
• No call, no nights, no weekends – excellent work-life balance.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Rounding on inpatients and responding to psychiatric consult requests on medical/surgical units,


• Working closely with experienced Psychiatric PAs, Chair of Psychiatry, and Hospital-based Psychiatrists,


• The optional academic role involves teaching NP/PA students during rotations at SVH;

h2Qualifications:, strong board certification in Psychiatry (ABIM), clear credentialing history,and consistent comparable work experience strongly desirable.
