    Responsibilities

    Client Support: Assist customers with insurance policy inquiries, changes, and claim processes.Phone Support: Provide excellent customer service over the phone, addressing client concerns and resolving issues.Policy Management: Update and maintain accurate policy information in our systems.Documentation: Prepare and review policy documentation with clients to ensure accuracy and compliance.Customer Education: Offer guidance and clarification on insurance coverage options to customers.Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve customer complaints or problems effectively and efficiently.


    Requirements

    Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly, concisely, and in a friendly manner.

    Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation with a genuine desire to help and support customers in a courteous and efficient manner.

    Detail-Oriented: Ability to pay close attention to details, accuracy in data entry, and thoroughness in handling customer requests and inquiries.

    Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive work environment.

    Professionalism: Maintain a professional demeanor, ethical conduct, and confidentiality in handling customer information and company data.

    Insurance Knowledge: Basic understanding of insurance products, terminology, and industry regulations is a plus.
