Job Responsibilities

Oversee the installation and maintenance of wellpoint systems and dewatering equipment.

Coordinate with project managers and site engineers to determine dewatering needs and system requirements.

Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and safety standards during operations.

Lead and train a team of technicians in the proper installation, operation, and maintenance of wellpoint systems.

Conduct site assessments to identify potential challenges and plan appropriate dewatering strategies.

Monitor the performance of wellpoint systems, making adjustments as necessary to optimize efficiency.

Manage inventory of wellpoint equipment and supplies, ensuring availability for projects and maintenance.

Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide technical support and advice.

Document all operations and maintain records for future reference and compliance purposes.

Respond to emergency situations promptly, providing solutions to prevent or mitigate water-related issues at project sites.

Provide regular reports to management on project status, challenges faced, and progress made.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in managing and maintaining Wellpoint systems

Strong knowledge of dewatering techniques and groundwater control

Minimum of 5 years of field experience in a similar role

Proficiency in using dewatering systems

Ability to lead and supervise a team of technicians and operators

Solid understanding of health and safety regulations related to construction and dewatering operations

Excellent project management skills with the ability to plan, execute, and finalize projects within strict deadlines

Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to prepare reports and documentation for clients and stakeholders

Willingness to travel to various job sites as required

Must possess a valid driver's license
