    Position Overview:

    We are searching for a dedicated and experienced Director of Construction and Commercial Divisions to lead our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing the entire construction division, ensuring profitability, and fostering growth. This position is integral to our company's success, and we seek someone who is committed to guiding our team with a visionary approach.

    Key Responsibilities:
    1. Strategic Leadership: Drive the strategic vision of the construction division, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
    2. Profitability: Directly responsible for the profitability of the entire construction division. Must analyze financial data and develop strategies to optimize divisional profits.
    3. Team Management: Recruit, train, mentor, and oversee a team of project managers and estimators. Ensure that the team delivers high-quality work on time and within budget.
    4. Estimating: Must be proficient in using Xactimate for estimating restoration projects.
    5. Job Management: Proficiently manage all jobs using DASH, ensuring smooth project workflows and timely completions.
    6. Training & Development: Foster an environment of continuous learning. Organize and conduct regular training sessions for project managers and estimators to ensure they are updated with the latest industry best practices.
    7. Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, and property managers. Ensure client satisfaction at all stages of the construction process.
    8. Quality Control: Implement and oversee quality control procedures. Ensure that all projects meet or exceed company and industry standards.
    9. Safety & Compliance: Ensure all operations are conducted in accordance with safety regulations and industry standards. Periodically review and update safety protocols as necessary.
    Qualifications and Skills:
    • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the insurance restoration industry.
    • Proficiency with Xactimate and DASH job management software.
    • Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record in managing construction teams.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Financial acumen and ability to drive profitability.
    • Ability to develop and implement strategic plans and workflows.
    • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
