Nesco Resource is collaborating with a manufacturing company based in Webster, NY seeking skilled structural steel welders to join their team.

• Fabricate components following specifications and using necessary equipment
• Interpret blueprints and sketches to work on metal parts
• Inspect welding results and verify angles and gap allowances
• Document work accurately and maintain a safe work environment

• Minimum 1 year experience in Welding and Fabrication
• Certification in AWS D1.1 Structural Steel Welding
• Basic computer skills and equipment maintenance knowledge
• Effective communication and ability to follow instructions
• Basic math and measurement skills; ability to read a tape measure

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
• Standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, bending as required
• Wearing necessary PPE and working in varying temperatures
