    Description
    The Power BI developer specializes in designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions for the company. This position will develop reporting solutions using PowerBI and SSRS.

    Job Responsibilities:
    Design and implement efficient data models in Power BI to meet business requirements.

    Create visually appealing and insightful reports and dashboards using Power BI to present data in a clear and understandable manner.

    Integrate data from various sources into Power BI for comprehensive analysis.
    Develop, test, and deploy interactive reports and dashboards to meet user needs.
    Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights to support decision-making.
    Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their reporting requirements and translate them into effective Power BI solutions.
    Continuously optimize and improve existing Power BI reports and dashboards for better performance and user experience.
    Document data models, report specifications, and other relevant information for reference and future development.
    Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective use of Power BI solutions.
    Team player ability to work well with mangers and staff. Collaborative and compromising, able to foster a positive work environment.
    Requirements

    :

    A bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology or related field OR equivalent years of work experience.
    Proficient in Power BI, SQL, and data modeling. Knowledge of DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) is a plus.
    Previous experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field. Experience with Microsoft BI Stack is advantageous.
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
    Ability to analyze complex business problems and provide effective solutions using Power BI.
    Physical Requirements:

    Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
    Ability to walk and stand in production floor operations for extended periods of time.
    Ability to periodically perform work in non-climate-controlled areas.
