    Board Certification; Active AZ License or IMLC and DEA
    Schedule: 24 hour call coverage 7am to 7am

    Procedures:
    average of 4 procedures per day

    New Consults:
    roughly 10 per shift

    Procedures Required:
    Colon, EGD, EGD w/Banding, EGD w/Dilation and ERCP

    Support Staff:

    GI APP
