    Description

    Alvarez Logistics Group LLC, an Amazon Delivery Service Partner, delivers packages and smiles to people within your community every day. We're in search of motivated, customer-focused individuals excited to join our team delivering Amazon packages. As a Delivery Driver for Alvarez Logistics Group LLC, you'll be at the forefront, interacting directly with our customers and community members, with a mission to surpass customer expectations and ensure all orders are delivered promptly and accurately.

    Our priority is to become the preferred package delivery company by combining exceptional customer service, cutting-edge technology, and a deep understanding of the communities we operate in.

    • Adhere to strict safety and quality standards on and off the road
    • Interact positively and professionally with customers and the public
    • Respond to customer requests promptly and efficiently
    • Utilize technology for efficient package delivery
    • Prepare and follow a delivery route efficiently
    • Maintain clean and well-functioning delivery vehicles
    • Assist in team training when required

    Work Environment:

    • Drive a delivery van within set deadlines and in various weather conditions
    • Be flexible with routes and schedules
    • Expect varying schedules based on seasons and other factors

    Compensation & Benefits: $19.75 an Hour

    Basic Qualifications:

    • Valid driver's license
    • Proficient in English

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • High ethical standards
    • Reliability
    • Professional driving experience
    • Experience representing consumer brands
    • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and in a team

    Job Requirements:

    • Physical capabilities for lifting, bending, and moving items
    • Operational skills for driving and GPS use
    • Ability to handle packages up to 70 pounds
    • Valid driver's license
