    * $51 overtime rate


    Shift:

    MULTIPLE AVAILABLE
    7am-3:30pm

    3pm-11:30pm

    11pm-7:30am

    Start: 2 Weeks from offer

    *REQUIREMENTS: *Note: Need Traveler, address on drivers license must be over 50 Miles from Seaford DE
    • Need Active DE License or Compact Required /LPN license
    • Active AHA BLS & Covid Required
    • At least 1+ year of experience as in LTC
    • Job Overview:
    We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team.

    As an LPN, you will play a crucial role in providing quality patient care and assisting with various medical procedures.

    This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.


    Responsibilities:

    • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
    • Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
    • Assist with medical procedures such as wound care, IV insertion, and catheterization
    • Provide support and education to patients and their families on various health topics, including family planning, infant care, and medication administration
    • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
    • Maintain accurate and uptodate patient records
    • Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and protocols
    • Provide care in various settings such as nursing homes, hospitals, home care, and medical imaging facilities

    $46.00 per hour
