- Conduct assessments to determine developmental needs and goals for each child.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focusing on play, self-care, social participation, and motor skills.
- Collaborate with families and caregivers to integrate therapy strategies into daily routines.
- Maintain accurate documentation of progress and communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team.
- Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
- Experience working with children aged three to five years old preferred.
