- Develop and customize measurement programs for CMMs using PCDMIS software.
- Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T specifications, and component requirements.
- Collaborate with engineers and quality control teams to establish measurement protocols.
- Perform CMM Machine setup and ensure accurate measurements.
- Conduct measurements and inspections to validate component precision.
- Analyze measurement data, generate reports, and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Maintain and calibrate CMM equipment to ensure accurate and reliable measurements.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a CMM programmer with a strong background in PCDMIS software.
- In-depth knowledge of metrology, GD&T, and engineering drawings.
- Proficiency in CMM operation and measurement techniques.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Full Time - 40 hours per week
- Monday - Friday
