    Must have experience in Linear Motion/Bearing sales. You will have responsibility for ownership of the direct relationship within all Accounts including planning and execution of sales and operative strategies and tactics. Need someone who is Strategic, Aggressive, and can work Autonomously - must be an experienced leader.

    YOU WILL:

    • Develop and drive implementation of corporate business/strategic plans that result in profitable growth
    • Coordination between independent sales representative organization and sales management to achieve sales targets
    • Proactively identify customer requirements including competitive pressures to develop and modify strategy and tactics
    • Maintain awareness of industry trends and provide analyst of market position

    WHO YOU ARE:

    • Will set KPIs and metrics, define goals, etc and hold subordinates accountable to deliverables

    • You proactively develop relationships with a wide variety of people.
    • Will go on occasional customer visits but primary objective of travel is to build repour with sales team
    • You maintain a positive attitude and forward-thinking approach despite troubling circumstances or setbacks.

    REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

    • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
    • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% annually.
    • A valid driver's license and passport
    • Legal authorization to work in the United States

    PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

    • Previous experience as a Sales/National Account Manager
    • Must have previous experience with linear motion and or bearing sales.
    • Corporate or regional sales experience
    • 5+ years of direct selling experience B2B

    Job Type: Full-time

    Salary: $100, $150,000.00 per year
