- Provide technical surgical assistance to patients as directed by physicians and following established hospital guidelines.
- Deliver specified services to surgical patients under the supervision of the Director or Coordinator.
- Work under the guidance of the Director, Manager, or Team Lead.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Completion of a Surgical Technology program and certification by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) is mandatory.
- Prior experience in healthcare is desirable.
- Must be eligible for or possess CST certification.
- Regular shifts starting at 7:15 am with an 8-hour duration, including weekend rotations, evening/night shifts, and on-call commitments for holidays.
