    Job Overview

    The Service Team role at Blue Ridge Wealth Planners is a key position that involves building long-term relationships with clients. As a Service Team member, you will work closely with our Wealth Planners and Onboarding Team to implement financial plans and provide exceptional client service.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Fulfilling service requests from clients, such as answering phone calls, performing changes, and preparing for review meetings
    • Working with custodians and financial institutions to transition assets from new business

    In addition to these duties, you will be expected to pass the Series 65 securities exam and become a Wealth Coordinator, where you will conduct client review meetings and implement action items.

    To succeed in this role, you must have strong analytical and critical thinking skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to build rapport with clients. Familiarity with investment products and services is preferred.

    This role offers the opportunity to learn and grow with a dynamic company, and for candidates holding the Series 65 license, can progress quickly to a Wealth Coordinator position.

    Compensation

    The estimated salary for this role is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
