The Oracle Recruiting product group seeks an Applications Developer (IC4) to join their team. As part of this role, you will design build and deliver cutting-edge solutions that drive next-generation recruiting technologies on the Oracle Fusion Applications platform. Responsibilities include architecting designing implementing high-quality software solutions within the Oracle Recruiting domain leveraging AI ML to enhance user experience automate business processes developing applications using Oracle Redwood technologies delivering intuitive modern user interfaces collaborating closely with product managers architects cross-functional teams understanding requirements delivering features across the Fusion Applications lifecycle proactively identifying opportunities innovation process improvements efficiency gains ensuring adherence Oracle's secure development practices compliance code quality standards.+
Qualifications
+- 6+ years application development preferably cloud enterprise software environments.
- Proven expertise AI ML track record delivering data-driven solutions.
- Hands-on experience Oracle Redwood its design system modern front-end JavaScript frameworks.
