    Job Opening: Mental Health Therapist at Children's Behavioral Health in Woodburn

    Do you have a passion for helping youth and families lead healthy lives? Children's Behavioral Health in Woodburn is looking to add a mental health therapist to their team. If you enjoy providing individual and family therapy, mental health assessments, case management, and coordination of care, this role might be perfect for you.

    Besides working in a supportive team environment, you'll receive great benefits, LPC and LCSW licensure supervision, plus eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness.

    What You'll Be Doing

    • Providing assessment and treatment services to individuals and families with complex needs
    • Offering crisis intervention and specialized clinical services
    • Supervising interns and staff for proper task execution

    Requirements and Qualifications

    • State of Oregon licensure in LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
    • Minimum of one year postgraduate experience in behavioral health
    • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving history

    Working Hours

    Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. with occasional late clinic till 7:00 p.m.

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

    Must have a good understanding of community mental health concepts, individual assessment, and treatment planning. Ability to maintain positive relationships and handle clinical documentation professionally and ethically.
