    SUPPORT CHANNEL PARTNERS AND END UNSERS AROUND THE WORLDResponsibilities:Manage demand planning on a NA basis in an effort to improve the accuracy of production forecasts.

    align inventory levels through peaks and troughs in demand and enhance profitability.
    A key purpose for this position is to allow the Company to become more adaptable to demand volatility.
    Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential)Define and develop best practices for the demand planning process for all NA business units.
    Effectively build collaboration teams to support the demand planning function with marketing, sales, and operations groups.

    Establish a collaborative workflow to use market signals such as channel sales, customer orders, customer shipments, or market indicators to predict future demand patterns.

    Manage the demand plans for all NA business units.
    Work in a neutral, cross-functional analytical role to forecast future demand.
    Oversee review of statistical forecast each month for changing trends, and provide recommended changes if necessary.
    Oversee the responsibility for governance of demand data, and the validity and integrity of the forecast database.
    Consensus planning with focus on group accountability.
    Oversee the training/leading others in the organization to drive demand signals for the success of demand planning.
    Participate with Marketing Management in setting priorities, due dates and any actions required in forecasting programs, etc.
    Participate in the Production plan review meetings as required.
    Create procedures and programs for demand planning system.
    Qualifications5 years' product forecast experience.
    Strong working knowledge of statistical principles.
    Proficiency in Microsoft products, with strong functional use of Excel and PowerPoint.
    Good analytical skills required.
    Material Handling Equipment Industry experience is preferred.
    Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams.
    Attention to detail and accuracy required.
    Excellent collaboration skills and resiliency required, as substantial efforts required to obtain consensus in planning efforts.


    Education Requirements:
    Bachelor's with an emphasis in Marketing/Business/Statistics required.
    Marketing business degree preferred.
