GBH is seeking an experienced HR Operations Coordinator to support essential HR operations during a temporary 2–3-month assignment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the I-9 employment eligibility verification process, utilizing Equifax to ensure compliance with federal regulations and internal policies.
  • Coordinate and execute new hire onboarding in Workday including employment documentation, system access, and day-one readiness.
