    Job Title:
    Staff Physical Therapist
    Mid-size community hospital with a strong focus on quality care
    Specialize in acute and pain management center
    Open to providing training for the suitable candidate
    Highly team-oriented and collaborative setting
    Close collaboration with CRNA
    Priority given to delivering top-notch patient care

    About the Location:

    HR Details / Perks:

    Salary Range: $85,000 - $115,000

    Signing Bonus: $10,000

    Relocation Assistance: $4,000

    Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
    Generous PTO (4+ weeks)
    3% Retirement Match


    Minimum Qualifications:
    Graduate from an Accredited Physical Therapy Program with Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate of Physical Therapy
    Current CEU's as required by state licensure
    Active Physical Therapist License in state of practice
    Demonstrated clinical expertise
    Strong critical thinking and sound judgement
    Ability to work well under supervision and in a team
