- Prioritize and delegate tasks to the maintenance team, communicating plans with relevant personnel.
- Maintain and update maintenance software.
- Monitor team progress and provide guidance and troubleshooting assistance.
- Conduct training sessions for team members on repair and preventive maintenance procedures.
- Manage preventive maintenance programs and spare parts inventory.
- Procure supplies and engage contractors for project needs as required.
- Support machinery acquisitions, oversee projects, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Fulfill other duties as assigned by the General Manager.
- Foster the growth and development of team members.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
- 4+ years of manufacturing experience, including IT hardware installation.
- 5+ years of experience in production equipment maintenance.
- Experience with Capital Equipment Projects, PLC 5, and Control Logic software preferred.
- Prior managerial experience required.
