    LHH is recruiting for a Facility and Maintenance manager for our manufacturing client in the Portland market. The ideal candidate has manufacturing industry background and experience leading teams.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Prioritize and delegate tasks to the maintenance team, communicating plans with relevant personnel.
    • Maintain and update maintenance software.
    • Monitor team progress and provide guidance and troubleshooting assistance.
    • Conduct training sessions for team members on repair and preventive maintenance procedures.
    • Manage preventive maintenance programs and spare parts inventory.
    • Procure supplies and engage contractors for project needs as required.
    • Support machinery acquisitions, oversee projects, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
    • Fulfill other duties as assigned by the General Manager.
    • Foster the growth and development of team members.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree preferred; High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
    • 4+ years of manufacturing experience, including IT hardware installation.
    • 5+ years of experience in production equipment maintenance.
    • Experience with Capital Equipment Projects, PLC 5, and Control Logic software preferred.
    • Prior managerial experience required.

    Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $130,000.00 per year
