    Position Summary To maintain the nursing staff in all areas as well as to deliver safe efficient age specific nursing care to patient/families.

    Essential Functions
    Routinely provide patient care.
    Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
    Maintains employee records.
    Identifies needs for and provides Staff education/staff development.
    Participates in Discharge planning, community resource referrals, and education.
    Committee involvement, participate in quality improvement initiatives.
    Oversees daily operations of unit/area in a cost-effective manner.
    Involved in Community outreach activities as pertinent Initiates and maintains positive relationships with patients/customers and co-workers.
    Takes responsibility for self-development and supports a learning environment.
    Displays commitment to the mission and values of the organization.

    Complies with all policies and standards.

    Must abide by all requirements to safely and securely maintain Protected Health Information (PHI) for our patients.

    Education

    (ADN) Associate's Degree in Nursing Required

    (BSN) Bachelor's Degree in Nursing within 2 years of hire date Required or

    (MSN) Master's Degree in Nursing within 2 years of hire date Required

    Work Experience

    ~1+ years clinical experience Required

    Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities


    Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills both written and verbal, as well as, exhibiting strong organizational skills and work ethic.

    Demonstrates a professional demeanor when responding to patients/customers. Required

    Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Ohio Required and

    Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
