    Location: (San Mateo, CA)

    Contract to hire position

    Responsibilities:

    • Gather necessary documents and information from insurance companies, legal entities, and other relevant organizations.
    • Communicate effectively with various organizations to request and coordinate required information.
    • Ensure all gathered documents are reviewed and processed accurately and in a timely manner.
    • Collaborate with the current administrative staff and the Doctor to maintain efficient workflow.
    • Assist in maintaining organized records and files related to patient documentation.
    • Provide administrative support as needed, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and other general office tasks.

    Requirements:

    • Fluency in spoken Spanish is essential; proficiency in reading and writing Spanish is not required.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes meticulously.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
    • Previous administrative experience is preferred.
    • Familiarity with medical or legal documentation processes is a plus.
