- Gather necessary documents and information from insurance companies, legal entities, and other relevant organizations.
- Communicate effectively with various organizations to request and coordinate required information.
- Ensure all gathered documents are reviewed and processed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the current administrative staff and the Doctor to maintain efficient workflow.
- Assist in maintaining organized records and files related to patient documentation.
- Provide administrative support as needed, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and other general office tasks.
- Fluency in spoken Spanish is essential; proficiency in reading and writing Spanish is not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes meticulously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Previous administrative experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with medical or legal documentation processes is a plus.
