    near Ider, Alabama We are seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician with an Obstetrics Fellowship to join our Family Medicine Residency Program as a Core Faculty Member.

    Key Responsibilities:
    Participate in interviewing residency program candidates and assist in the selection process. Provide hands-on clinical training in outpatient family medicine, ensuring residents gain practical experience and knowledge. Supervise and guide residents in electronic medical records documentation, order writing, and care plan development. Offer continuous informal feedback and formal evaluations to residents, facilitating their growth and learning. Collaborate with faculty members to evaluate and enhance the residency program's effectiveness.

    This position requires an obstetrics fellowship in family medicine and offers a hospital-employed setting within a multispecialty group focusing on outpatient care.
